For prisoners currently housed at MSPT, bail and bonds are taken 24 hours a day at the MSPT Booking window located in the Palmer PD Lobby.

If the inmate you wish to bail has just appeared in court, the Officers cannot process the bail or bond until court paperwork is received in the Records department (this can take approximately one and a half hours).

Please allow up to four (4) hours before the inmate is released.

Inmates cannot be released unless the court approved Third Party is present at the time of release.
