- This will send an email to reset your password
- If you do not receive an email, please open an AKNow ticket or call the helpdesk
- Escalation: if not resolved after 7-business days, contact DTO with ticket information and escalation reason
If you're unable to determine the correct category tile, the two main tiles to be used with be General Inquiry (request) and Is Something Broken (Incident). Provide as much detail of the issue along with a contact number, alternate contact if applicable and their contact information, computer name or dell service tag if specific to a computer.
