Contact the Victim Service Unit (VSU) at 1-877-741-0741, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Alaska Standard Time) to request information about an offender's status, to be added to the notification list, or to ask about any of our other services.

We provide:

• Information and referral
• Assistance in determining inmate status
• Automated toll-free telephone system — Victim Information & Notification Everyday (VINE) — for victims to obtain status information 24 hours a day. If requested, the automated phone system can call a registered victim to notify them when an inmate is being processed for release
• Referral for restitution inquiries
