IMPORTANT NOTICE

Do NOT install a breath alcohol ignition interlock device (AIID) on your vehicle until you have reviewed the requirements for reinstating your driving privileges with the Alaska Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
Installing an AIID does not automatically begin any court-ordered or DMV-required period. Individuals should first determine their eligibility, complete any required DMV processes, and review available AIID vendor service locations.
If there are no AIID vendor service locations in your area, consult your attorney regarding possible exemptions or court review.
